Via della Valle Benedetta, 57124, Livorno LI
Been here?
This small, secluded unpaved pitch beside the road has an exceptional view over Livorno and the sea. It is quiet and suitable for a night, but the short access track is rough and difficult for larger campers. The ground contains stones, debris, and sometimes litter.

Good place to sleep for one night, very quiet and secluded. The access road is rough, but also quite short.
Exceptional view, a small secluded spot ideal for one night!
Spot looks pretty nice but it’s small and the access was too difficult for a bigger camper - would be okay for smaller vans and 4x4 vehicles, sadly we had to move on!
Quite a dirty place, with lots of rubble and feces. Also a very bumpy dirt road to get there. It is quiet, though.
Superb view over Livorno and the sea; we were treated to a magnificent sunset. The location is superb, in the middle of nature. Access is only possible by van, via a bumpy stone track about 50 meters long. In the morning, a few mountain bikers passed along the track; we coexisted without any problems!! We highly recommend it.
Beautiful little spot! Great view and a wonderful sunset in the evening. We stayed here with three other campers. The locals who passed by were very friendly and interested. It obviously does not bother anyone. Some people came by mountain bike in the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend spending a night here if you are nearby. We would definitely stay here again!
Very beautiful place with a lovely sky. The fox naturally came to greet us too. In the morning, the police came by, looked at the stones, read the information via a translator, and did nothing else.
Very nice place; access is only possible with sufficient ground clearance and without fear of possible scratches (SUV/van-like vehicles). Some leftover tiles bothered us, but not enough to be a problem.
Good spot, quiet night, beautiful view, perfect for taking the boat the next morning! The fox came by to wish me good night!
The view is beautiful, but the spot is clearly disgusting. Probably an old illegal dump; pieces of tile litter the ground. Pieces of toilet paper are scattered all over the spot. How sad to see a place like this. And for the animals' well-being, please STOP FEEDING WILD ANIMALS; our food is toxic for them. In conclusion, move on!
Perfect spot, clean, more or less level. Two foxes came to eat with us for 10 minutes. One of them still has an injured hind leg. Incredible moment.
A wonderful sunset, night, and awakening! The access road has a few potholes but is easily accessible because it is so short. The fox, though a little poorly off, poor thing, really came to visit us ❤️
Superb view and sunset. Quiet. Rather clean. Not completely level in some places. Small steep path, but very short. We passed easily with an H1L2. A fox came to say hello in the morning.
I saw the little fox mentioned in the description. A very quiet place; there were three of us at the spot. Unfortunately, the place was somewhat polluted, I think because of the people who feed the fox.
Spent a quiet night here yesterday. Indeed, beautiful view and easy access. The fox came to visit us. I picked up all the paper and plastic in the area this morning. When we left, it was spotless. Picking up your rubbish is basic, but we can do even more by cleaning the spots we enjoyed. Let’s get moving!!
A very beautiful view, with an easily accessible road. The only drawback is that the site is fairly busy with hikers and mountain bikers, so the peace and quiet is somewhat relative. The place is a little dirty; let’s be vigilant and pick up our rubbish. The little fox is still present, but it has an injured hind leg.
Beautiful view of the sea; another T5 camper was here tonight. Gravel road; the vehicle must not have too little ground clearance, but four-wheel drive is not necessary. It is very quiet. The main road is 100 meters away behind trees, and very few cars drive there (about two per hour).
Super spot! I highly recommend it. We enjoyed the sunset and the company of the famous fox!! Please help keep this place clean and preserve it ⚠️
Very beautiful place overlooking the sea. We were alone with our Ford Transit L3H3 camper; access was no problem. The fox, as many have described, came already at 3:00 p.m. :) Highly recommended.
Great spot with a view over Livorno Bay. In the company of the very docile vixen in the evening, and the very thieving one in the morning! She carried off our packet of brioche. We spent the night with two small children; the place was safe and quiet. The path was manageable with a fully loaded Peugeot Expert, as long as we drove slowly. Two or three mountain bikes pass in the morning, and there is motorcycle noise on the nearby road.
Good overall experience, beautiful sunset, fox present, access fairly rough but short (only a few meters from the road). We were woken at night by locals in a 4x4-type vehicle, probably enjoying the winding, steep roads, and by mountain bikers the next morning. Everyone was courteous. I recommend it.
Small spot sheltered from view with a magnificent view over Livorno and the sea. Great sunset. The access road is easy with a Duster. A VW T6 joined us. We saw a fox up close; it was not wild at all!
