Camp Harenda Zakopane

The campsite is in a beautiful, quiet location. About 15 minutes by bike to Zakopane center. Large meadow and free choice of pitch. We arrived after 8 p.m., and after calling, the gate was opened for us. Paperwork was completed the next day. Great! Sanitary facilities are outdated but okay. Showers cost extra. Unfortunately, the water was cold once while showering.✦Translating

A quiet and peaceful place, with lots of greenery and shade. If you book or reserve directly with the campsite, you save €10 compared with the option offered directly by the booking agency. Large, well-maintained, unpartitioned meadow with a beautiful view of the mountains; best Wi-Fi ever! Sanitary facilities are old but clean; showers cost extra; dishwashing is cold water only; water supply is unstable. Constant surveillance—Madame Victoria lurks behind every hedge, assisted by eight cameras; she sees everything, you have to experience it. Incorrect waste separation is punishable by a €100 fine. Electricity is very expensive, about the cost of a dinner.✦Translating

Great place if you dream about peace and Tatra views. Large green area, lots of nature, nothing more needed. Simple but lovely. Clean toilets, a bit older but fully functional. Very kind owner Lady! Easy access for campervans, good space to maneuver. Perfect base for hiking in Tatry – Zakopane just minutes away. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for a quiet, scenic stop!

We spent New Year Eve there. That was most wonderful holiday since many years. Over was wonderful. Everything was very good. Going to city is fast and easy. There are many buses going to city centre. Ski slope is 150 meters from there. I will definitely return in summer to see that place green.

Cozy campsite with facilities. Common room with fireplace and kitchen. We found €71 (cash only) for the night (camper and 4 people) too expensive. We deducted two stars for the price. We drove on.✦Translating

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place. Choose your own pitch. The campsite is well maintained; the sanitary facilities are old but functional. They were cleaned every other day during my stay. Hot shower water is available from 7:00–10:00 and 19:00–22:00. Waste separation is strictly enforced and incorrect sorting is fined. Small, pleasant campsite with a peaceful atmosphere a couple of kilometers from busy Zakopane. Clean and nice, with a friendly owner who gave tips on hiking trails. Shop and restaurant nearby, as well as a bus stop if you want to take the bus to central Zakopane. Somewhat expensive considering the range of services.✦Translating

Beautiful large meadow, about 5 km by bike or on foot to Zakopane, with a lot of traffic (the amusement park of the Alps). Nice couple running it, but still not recommended. Negative: old sanitary facilities that were not cleaned even once, despite extra shower tokens, and a high price of over €40 per night for 2 people.
