Paved parking area in a beautiful wooded setting, suitable for walks and bike rides. It can be busy and noisy beside the road, although traffic becomes light from 11 p.m. Quiet nights are possible, but a recent incident involving unwanted attention caused an extreme feeling of insecurity.

I, a young woman, was harassed here in the middle of the night by an older man who was also parked here but not staying overnight. This made me feel extremely unsafe at this place.
I have had a quiet night here several times, and this time was no different. A good alternative when the camper site at Mie Maan is full or under construction. Beautiful nature reserve.
Nice quiet spot at the start of short hikes.
