This is a drinking-water filling point behind the LPG filling station. The tap currently has good pressure and a standard screw connection for a hose, despite the original note about low pressure. The water is drinking water, and the station accepts cards.

The tap is behind the LPG pump. It was blocked by parked cars, so it was difficult to find.
We slept for two nights; quiet nights! Just behind the station near the trucks. Prefer these spots on weekends, when the riverbanks are lively with festive locals.
We stayed overnight because it was on our way. It is a gas station with a parking area for truck drivers, and we were undisturbed.
