Unnamed Road, IV27 4LR
Been here?
This is a level riverside car park with bins and picnic tables, used as a starting point for the walk to Kirkaig Falls. It is very quiet but becomes busy after 9am, and the narrow access road is unsuitable for vehicles longer than 8m. A cafe is nearby. Do not camp here: the land is privately owned and campers have been confronted.

Do not camp here, this is private land owned by the most unpleasant people I have ever met: he called several locals down to intimidate us. There are no signs that say it’s private land so obviously he just love to come down and argue with campers every night. We have reported them to the NC500 government body.
Very quiet, level carpark with bins, excellent place to start the walk up to Kirkaig Falls. Becomes busy after 9am. Windy narrowish road to access it, if you are longer than 8m don't go beyond this (we did it's very tight for our 7.5m van)
Quiet and pleasant place, but around 8 p.m. a strange person arrived in a 4x4, parked across the area and started knocking on the motorhome windows. He simply objected to us being there, although no prohibition is indicated on the site. We were able to stay overnight, but it left an unpleasant impression. We do not know whether the individual had any official authority.Translating
Quietly located. Great for hiking. But please do not use the road with large motorhomes. It is very narrow. A tank-like vehicle hit us. Only small vehicles such as VW buses or similar should use the parking area and road. Please observe the road signs.Translating
Lovely quiet spot, cattle grid near which can be noisy but no vehicles overnight, tarmac, flat ground, bins and a lovely hike to a waterfall. No phone connection on 3 but nice to be completely off grid.
Lovely dedicated park up. Plenty of space, flat/level bays. Bins. No 4G.
Good location, but frequented by people fishing who came and went early/late. Very windy when we stayed but at least it kept the midges at bay! Brilliant walk nearby.
Nice even ground, some flies about but not too bad, it has a resident chicken that is very friendly, good access to the Falls of Kirkaig walk.
Nice spot. Large carpark, so it could get busy in high season.Translating
Great place to park, flat and quiet. Next to river. Nice walk to waterfall
The midges were horrendous; we did not stay.Translating
