A small parking place at the end of a steep, narrow road, with larger upper parking areas nearby. The lower area cannot currently be used because of works, while overnight sleeping is allowed at the upper spots but camping is forbidden. Access is better from the north, not through Črni Kal, and the restored ruins offer beautiful views.

we were standing on the upper parking spot. we came from up the hill (from direction Črnotiče), because some comments suggested so. Gravel road, it was raining like hell, but it was still managable with and VW Van Ocean. This morning we left and found the way from Črni Kal is a lot better. Steep and narrow roads, but paved. little traffic, quiet night, nice view, some litter, no trees.

As indicated in the other comments, do not take the southern road at the bottom of the village; it is very narrow! Since we were not sure whether staying overnight was allowed, we decided not to.
In the moment, you cant park there (work in progress). There are two nice places for 10 vans little higher. Overnight sleeping allowed, camping forbiden. Access from the north, not through the village.
parking cannot be used now. there are works. You can go higher and there are two big parking slots. There is a container for garbage as well
Great place to spend the night and for a walk on the Karst edge. The access through the village of Črni kal is a real nightmare. Easier access is from the north past the Černotica quarry.
