Free parking at The Grist, with waterfront views and the castle only a few yards away. Two pubs and a shop are nearby, while toilets require a 20p coin. Arrive after 7pm when the shops close; space is available for 4 or 5 campers after 9pm. It is quiet at night but becomes busier in the morning with passing traffic.
