Prices reported include £50 per night with electricity, while showers cost £1 for 4 minutes and may not regulate temperature properly. The area is generally quiet, though a nearby indoor playground can sometimes be noisy. Albany Park station is about 15 to 20 minutes away on foot for trains towards London.

A very quiet place to spend one or two nights and visit London, as it is well connected to a train station about 15 minutes away, Albany Park. Services include electricity, water, and waste disposal. The price is expensive for these services; for the same price, a campsite would be better, but they were full. The place is neglected and not very clean. We did not use the shower because of the user reviews.Translating
Not a very good place for the excessive price! The shower does not work properly, although you have to insert £1 for it to run for four minutes. The field is spacious but not very clean, and the toilets are acceptable, but the rest is mediocre! Excessively expensive for average services. The positive points are the train station 1.5 km away for going directly to London and the friendliness of the staff.Translating
The good thing about this place is that it is 20 minutes from the train station, and you can be in London in an hour. The bad thing is that the facilities do not match the price: £50 per night with electricity for a motorhome. At that price, the shower is not included; you have to pay an additional £1 for one shower, which works really badly. There is no sink or washing machine.Translating
Pleasant place, but the price depends on who you are. We paid £80 for two nights, like another French family, but they would not let us connect to electricity, supposedly because they were fully booked, even though the hookup points were not being used during our stay. On the other hand, it is very well located for going to London: a 15-minute walk to the train station for the city center.Translating
Stayed 1 night (Tue 19/8/25) Perfect place with all facilities. TJ was very kind & friendly, nothing too much trouble, and all other staff were very welcoming too :) We will be back Oh the shower (£1 for 4 mins) could do with a look over as the temp regulator may be faulty?....Either very cold or boiling hot and spent half the time limit before I could get under it!! Had to use another £1!
