Thank you, Olten, for this place. Ideal for overnight stays. Register and it is free. Officially there are three spaces, because motorhomes over 7 meters must park across them. One kilometer on foot to the center. We had a nice meal and a nightcap on the way back to the motorhome. Quiet at night.

A big thank-you for this place with rubbish bins. We slept very peacefully while passing through. The road further down is good for walking the dog.

Very convenient for short walk into historic centre of Olten and impressive wooden bridge. Recycling bins provided. Quiet at night. Free of charge (but requested that you add your license plate number in the payment machine upon arrival). Space for about 6 vans, if parked perpendicular to road.

We spent one night in this parking area. Our 675-cm motorhome did not protrude into the road. It was a Friday evening and there were quite a few people around because of the fair in town, but it was very quiet from 11 p.m. We registered at the machine and it was free. One clarification: the parking area is reserved for campers/vans equipped with a toilet.

The area is quite small. It is designated for motorhomes, but barely fits if they are on the larger side (over 4 meters), which means they park diagonally and take up more space, limiting and reducing the number of spaces available. Industrial area, many pedestrians; we did not stay overnight, as it looked full with three motorhomes.

Shortly before midnight we had an unwanted visitor. Someone shook the door and apparently tried to open it. We stopped them by shouting loudly. We then drove to the nearest highway rest area in the middle of the night. It was noisy, but there were no visitors.

Quiet, level place. Waste disposal possible. Only for vehicles with their own toilet.
