Been here?
A remote forest-road spot surrounded by nature, with a view over a small valley and hills. It is very quiet, with only surrounding herds and occasional other vans. Access is via a broken forest track with ruts and raised drainage steps, and a turning area is available farther down. The route is unsuitable for low cars, though it has been reported passable by motorhome in suitable conditions.

Very quiet place beside a forest road with a view over a small valley. Perfect for settling in for a while in a van.
Super quiet night, just us and one other van - both VW Transporters. Slightly unnerving drive down on broken road with drainage steps a few inches high. Pas du problem in our small work-horse van with dry roads. Beautiful views of the hills at sunrise
Magical place in the heart of nature. The track has ruts but is passable by motorhome. It is possible to turn around a little farther down.
Sorry, the previous message was sent by mistake. The forest road is unsuitable for low-clearance cars because of the ruts. So we had to walk back at night in the rain along the forest road… We parked at the entrance to the forest trail, where there is a very quiet, flat spot. ⚠️ The GPS directs you toward the wrong place; it is several kilometers farther toward Bethmale. The Sentier de la Liberté nearby is very nice.
We arrived at night, in the rain and a little fog, and entered the Aube forest road, which is several kilometers farther on.
