Been here?
This wild riverside spot offers a quiet overnight stay with mountain views and opportunities to swim. The access road is manageable for cars and campervans, although the route to the water can be muddy. Recent reports describe considerable litter and discarded wet wipes around the site. The riverbank has space beside the trees and generally little road noise.

A good place for one night before taking a booked kayak tour the next day. Unfortunately, there is a lot of rubbish.
Great spot to camp for the night. Super quiet, amazing views and close to Permet. We had fairly good service on our phones with Vodafone. Excellent spot next to the tree, like the pictures, but also plenty of space along the river.
Beautiful place, but covered in wet wipes. Please take your rubbish with you!
The road is very accessible and manageable with any car. We stayed here during the day and drove on in the evening. It would certainly also be good for one night. One point deducted because of the path to the water: we found it very muddy and not ideal for swimming.
Peaceful place, nature, river, mountains…
Warning! Something is being burned in this area—perhaps rubbish? On the first night, we woke up because of the smell of smoke and thought something was on fire. Around 7 in the morning, the smell was unbearable. During the day, there was no smell. On the second night, at 1 a.m., the sleeping-gas detector in our van went off; the area smelled very strongly of something being burned, so we decided to drive much farther away.
Absolutely fabulous. All I can hear is a bell attached to a cow on the opposite side of the river and birds chirping.
This place is amazing. We stayed here for 3 nights even tho it was 40°C. There is a good tree for shade, and caves drop temperature by 10 degrees. We loved the river. It was the warmest river we experienced in Albania. Locals come by, they didn't mind us. At night 2 dogs came consistently every night and barked around 2 or 3 in the morning. Space for lots of campers, easy access for Albania.
Lots of nature, very peaceful place to sleep. The river is nice for a dip :)
Really beautiful place to spend the night. Great views and quiet. Some locals park their cars during the day to go fishing.
Loved the location right beside the river. We had a campervan and managed to make it in pretty easy. We were the only ones there, apart from a wild dog who scared us a bit at night when he came sniffing around, and in the morning there were some fishermen along the river.
Really nice place! The entrance is bumpy, but motorhomes seem to get in without any problems, as many are parked along the river. Good signal and very little road noise.
Easy-to-access location. The river is below. We were there off-season at the end of April. We could not swim because the river was too muddy. You can hear the cars on the road above a little.
We arrived at night and easily found a spot for the car. Large area. There were other people, but it is large enough that you are not crowded. Very beautiful view when we woke up.
We stayed during dry weather. Not recommended in the rain. We could hear the road a little, but it has little traffic at night. If there have been storms in the days before, the river is brown and unsuitable for swimming. Great fire pits.
Great place; we stayed for one night! Relatively close to the road, but there is hardly any traffic at night. Swimming in the river was excellent and refreshing with a little climbing. A herd of goats came by in the morning. The place is very peaceful.
Peaceful and easily accessible place. It is worth the detour!
Very beautiful view indeed, but access is not so easy in a motorhome, especially in the rain because part of the path is sandy. Bushes may scratch the side. Access to the river is difficult and not recommended with young children. Clean!
Very beautiful, calm and relaxing place! I recommend it. Easy access.
Easy access with a motorhome, beautiful and quiet place. You can swim in the river.
You need to drive a little farther to park under a tree and enjoy shade for much of the morning. It is a quiet place with a beautiful view! The river is accessible by going down over the rocks fairly easily. We loved this place!
We have just spent one night here—a great spot, easy to access. We woke quite early because there was no shade.
Beautiful spot! Highly recommended!
Great place, we spent 2 nights (one alone, one with 1 other van). Not much shade but very refreshing to jump into the water - a little athleticism required to get out onto the rocks. Slightly dodgy slope and bump on the entry road for bigger campers. Visits from goats, sheep and horses.
Magnificent place facing the river and mountains. We did not feel like swimming because there was no way to rinse off, but there is no rubbish.
