This parking area lies below the Michelbach dam, beside the forest and lake surroundings. It is suitable for daytime stops, with bins available, but there is no direct water view. Camping-cars are now prohibited, and overnight stays are not allowed.

Signs have changed. Motorhomes prohibited.
Meal break. Quiet, with trash bins. However, there is no view of the water; it is below the dam.
Just perfect at midday on May 23. I don’t see where the overnight parking restrictions are?...
Unfortunately, overnight stays are not allowed. Beautiful during the day for walking around the lake.
