Waterside parking, no overnight

Beautiful place during the day from 6 a.m. to midnight. Barbecue area without a grill grate. Access to the lake for swimming or relaxing by the shore. Walking along the lakeside promenade is possible. Nice with a dog too. Parking meter, e.g. EasyPark, CHF 1.45/hour.

Ideal place for a quick dip in the lake.

Just a superb breathtaking place to just park up, relax, have some food and move on. We went for a lovely swim here. Wish you could stay the night

No parking at night; you will be fined and have to leave the place in the middle of the night.

I live in the region. Why do people stay overnight when it is prohibited (no parking from midnight to 6 a.m.)? I use the place for an occasional day at the beach with my motorhome. If this continues, a camper ban will be introduced. Thanks to everyone who ignores the rules. :-( There will probably be more frequent checks soon.

Very nice spot. We only discovered the comments on this app after that night and a CHF 40 fine. Parking allowed only between 6:00 a.m. and midnight. Police checks also take place at 2:41 a.m.…

Nice swimming spot for a short stop. Of course, there is no sun left in the evening.

Beautiful place directly on the water. Parking is paid, with cash or via an app. We saw no checks, but did not take the risk. Lovely water and a beautiful view, definitely worthwhile.

Magnificent view, right on Lake Lucerne. There is quite a lot of space, so not too many worries, and the parking area is very easy to access. Beware: the police come in the middle of the night to wake you up and make people sleeping in their vans leave.
