Quiet town parking, distant facilities

Everything as described. Good place for passing through and visiting Angermünde. The site is very quiet. Many thanks to the town.

Great stopover on the way to or from Poland. We had a quiet and peaceful night. The town centre, with supermarkets and other shops, is only a 5-minute walk away. Fresh water and the toilet disposal point are available at a different location. Electricity is available for €1 per kWh. We would stay here again.

We stopped here while passing through. It is a car park: clean and close to the old town. It is nice that places like this still exist.

We came here to fill up with fresh water and have a meal in Angermünde. Everything is within walking distance, the parking fee is reasonable, and the fresh-water supply worked perfectly.

A wonderfully quiet parking area close to town. We have been here four times since 2022 and love this spot. Nowadays, you can hardly find anywhere this nice for €10. The electricity post is operational again in mid-April. Fresh water is also available.

Arrived on April 2. Camper place found easily and the parking spaces are clearly marked. You can no longer get water here. There is no tap anymore. A wooden box has been placed over the post with the electricity connections. So all the services have been removed. The payment terminal is still there; cash payment is €10 for parking only, for 24 hours. The place is quiet, though.

The site is signposted in town, but no longer at the parking area. In the rear section, the motorhome markings are clearly visible. The ticket machine is enclosed; no electricity, no water, but also no parking fees for a nice parking area just a few minutes’ walk from the Christmas market at Gänsemarkt this weekend. Four of the eight spaces were occupied by trailers and tradesmen’s vehicles.

Good place to stay overnight and to visit the pretty town, which is very close. €10 a night. Water is currently free. Despite being in the town (and it being Hallowe'en and Reformation day, it was very quiet, and we slept well.

As has been said before, nice historical town with a lake for swimming. Don’t! be put off by the bullshit comments about buying tickets at midnight for 24 hours. In practice you but a 10 euro ticket and its valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Just spent a nice quiet night here. €10 for 24 hrs payable by coins or card. Supposed to pay for water but it was working without paying. No grey or black water disposal. 8 power points but all on 1 pole so only 4 or 5 would be able to plug in. 5 minute walk to the town centre. Lovely square with interesting sculptures telling history of the town. Supposed to be a fountain but no water.

Quiet, clean overnight stop with electricity. Beautiful town, 3 minute walk, with several restaurants in and around. Excellent lake Mundesee with several cycling paths. Very enjoyable.

Great quiet place by the town wall of the very old and beautifully restored town. The town centre is a five-minute walk away.

Very nice, quiet place for €10 a night to explore Angermünde. The site is relatively level and electricity is available. Good restaurant by the lake.

A real joke… There are spaces and a bin, admittedly a nice one… but absolutely no water point, nor any facility for disposing of anything… :-(

Very nice place. Outside the season, the electricity and parking meters are covered. Very quiet motorhome site. In the immediate vicinity of the beautiful old town, especially lovely at Christmas time.

We spent a quiet night here from Sunday, September 29, 2024. Good location near the old town, a great hotel restaurant at the entrance to the lake, and attractive cycling opportunities around Lake Mündesee. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the site; we will stop by again. It is a shame, however, that there is no toilet or shower facility nearby.

We spent a very quiet night here, right by the town wall. Everything is within easy walking distance. The restaurant by the lake is excellent. Many thanks to the town of Angermünde for this great parking facility.

Perfectly peaceful place, right next to the town wall. If you are travelling with children, I recommend walking to the lake, where, besides a restaurant, there is a very nice playground.

Extremely narrow access road, one and a half lanes wide. Passing oncoming traffic is critical. We almost hit a sign and a fence. The water supply is “hidden” at the bottom of the electricity post.

Quiet parking area close to the centre. An ideal place for one or more days if you do not need sanitary facilities or waste disposal. The town centre, with a few restaurants, is easily reachable on foot.
