L203, 8091, Jagerberg
Been here?
This is a free gravel motorhome area beside the Jagerberg natural swimming pool, café and restaurant. Electricity costs 50¢ per kw, while garbage disposal is free; water is currently unavailable. Black-water emptying is possible, and grey water can be emptied with a bucket or hose, but there is no grated drain. The area has a playground, local shopping, hiking routes and generally quiet surroundings, although some long-term residents are reportedly rude.

Avoid this place. Locals living in their motorhomes, which is completely fine but they’re very rude from the moment you pull up. Don’t both. The spot 10 minutes north of here is perfect.
Quiet place near a small lake. Gravel surface. Children's playground. Black-water disposal possible, and grey-water disposal with a bucket or hose because there is no drain grate.
Great spot, except for one woman from Klagenfurt who harasses all the campers.
Quiet overnight spot with everything a camper needs: water and waste disposal, electricity, rubbish disposal and a fairly clean portable toilet. You can also take lovely walks with the dog.
A great place to spend the night. Everything you need, friendly people, a nice playground and great hiking opportunities. We liked it very much. Thank you to the municipality.
Absolutely fantastic spot! Incredible playground for children, large paved area ideal for XL vehicles like ours! The only downside is that there is currently no water—the tap is turned off. What a shame!
Good if you can level your van; otherwise it is very sloped. The first place where my internet kept dropping out, hence the lower rating. We slept well. If the weather had not been bad, we would certainly have gone walking. There were many short routes signposted. The children's playground also looked good.
For a free pitch, this is a nice place with a large playground. The toilets are presumably in the swimming pool, but when it is closed there is only a dirty portable toilet. There had been a local festival there the day before, so perhaps it is normally cleaner. The village convenience shop is practical but not cheap.
Big carpark close to the pool and playground. 6 electric spots but room for lots of non electric stopovers. Very quiet and lots of great walks and cycle rides near by. No water, but toilet emptying available with water for rinsing. Pool is great and so is the cafe attached. Friendly and Englishman speaking.
We have been stopping here for years while passing through and unfortunately have to note that this great, free motorhome site is increasingly being used by long-term campers with caravans and motorhomes, awnings and corresponding space requirements. One caravan owner even reserved a parking space for his car with cones, although there is also a car park. What a shame!
Beautiful quiet place. Unfortunately, the natural swimming pool was closed. Drinking water is available in the park by the trampoline, and a portable toilet was also present. Plenty of electrical connections too :) Very nice little town.
Very nice free motorhome pitch directly next to the natural swimming pool. Everything you need is there.
Nice quiet and spacious spot, with most services. Could not find grey water disposal though. Electricity 50c per KW, black waste disposal, water tap in the playground, restaurant, outdoor swimming.
Great free place, perfect with a dog; hiking trails start here. Dogs are not allowed in the natural pool's restaurant. It was very quiet and the portable toilet does its job ;) Very friendly local residents who always greeted us.
A wonderful place for travelling to Croatia. It is next to a natural swimming pool, with free electricity and water. It is not so nice that some people use this place to take a holiday. We returned here after three weeks on our way back, and two campers with their caravan were still there.
We felt very comfortable. The pitch is right next to the natural swimming pool. It is perfect for cooling off. There are also toilets there and you can take a shower. The people there are all very warm and kind!
Five stars here: quiet, clean and plenty of space. Grey-water disposal is a little awkward because there is no hole in the ground, just a service column. But it was quite manageable with a hose.
Quiet place for an overnight stay, with waste disposal, water and electricity. There is a children's playground and a swimming-pond complex nearby; on summer days it can be quite busy. Currently there is excavation and construction work in the area.
Peaceful for an overnight stay. Everything necessary for servicing is available.
This morning, 8 April 2025, we did not stay because of work on the car park, so we continued up to Sankt Stefan in Rosenthal, where it is very good. Thank you to the municipality.
Very, very quiet and tidy! Apart from us, there was one large motorhome. Everything works ‼️
Nice place for a sleep-over. 4 stars as its free
Great spot! Very quiet, very nice playground. Access to drinking water and a very clean chemical toilet. At night, you can see the stars very well! Thank you to the municipality for its commitment!
