Ancien Chemin de Graveson, 13150, Tarascon
Been here?
A vast, flat gravel-and-sand car park at Frigolet Abbey, with shaded areas and plenty of space. Motorhomes are prohibited from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The abbey, shop and restaurant are beside the parking, with walking trails nearby. The abbey bells may sound at 20h and again from 6.45h, and mobile reception can be poor on SFR.

The parking is good, but parking is prohibited from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
I chose the parking area with the trees, the one opposite the abbey. There is another one farther from the road. Excellent, especially with a dog; we are surrounded by nature.
We were in our small motorhome and there were four converted vans. Visit the abbey and stop by the shop.
Then Abbey is well worth a visit. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing! Good park up, gravel and sand, plenty of space when we visited. There is poor 4G here on the SFR network.
Stone parking area with shaded spaces. Ideal for visiting Saint-Michel de Frigolet Abbey.
Spacious, level parking area. We stayed here from Thursday to Friday in parking area 1, as it was a little more sheltered from the road. The bells of the nearby abbey rang for the last time at 8 p.m. and started again the next day at 6:45 a.m. (something to bear in mind if you want to sleep a little longer).
Good location for visiting the abbey, which is well worth the detour. Quiet in this season, peaceful night in a motorhome.
I spent one night here in April 2022. There is indeed a regulation sign. A photo of the sign would be welcome here. I will take one if I return.
Flat and very pleasant parking, even in December. Parking regulations apply between June and November. Hiking trail.
It is always pleasant to return to Frigolet. Poor Montagnette! It suffered greatly in the summer fire.
