Nice campsite, lovingly managed, it feels like a small Dutch colony! Friendly and welcoming owners. New and clean bathrooms, although insufficient in number. Everything deserves five stars, but the price is absolutely excessive in my opinion: €60 for one night for a van and two people. I admit I did not ask the price beforehand, misled by the app, which listed €40 per night. It has now been updated.✦Translating

We were warmly welcomed by Nienke and Reijer. We initially wanted to stay for 2 days, but it became 4. Very nice location and impressive how they have set everything up in such a short time. New and spotlessly clean facilities. If we are nearby, we will definitely return. Tip: make sure you are there on Wednesday evening. An oasis of peace on the Adriatic coast. Away from the tourist crowds on the beach. Beautiful spacious pitches with stunning views of the hills and the town of Fermo. Truly enjoyable. We planned 2 nights but stayed 3. Very clean and modern sanitary facilities. Cozy terrace and lovely bar, with their own wine and delicious olive oil. Highly recommended.✦Translating

One of the loveliest spots we ever spent the night with our van at! Modern and high-end facilities, many well thought out amenities for guests (outdoor and indoor play areas for kids, bar/coffee area, plenty of tables, swimming pool etc.). Beautiful and calm surroundings. Very kind hosts. Overall a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

Very nice place with a great view on a hillside, so not entirely easy for larger motorhomes, but we managed well with our 7.5 m vehicle. New, very nice bathrooms and a beautifully designed common area. The price is somewhat higher, but worth every cent. Very friendly welcome.✦Translating

What a place!!! Do try, you will gonna want to stay more days!!! Super bathrooms and showers!! Washing machine available for 6€. 61€ per night with electricity. Great common table area with an honest bar, where you can serve yourself and just note what you got, and mingle with others. Dutch owners, perfect english and super friendly. Don't miss it!!

Absolutely beautiful! Sanitary facilities are super clean and new. The owners from Holland are incredibly warm-hearted and helpful. Very quiet and easy to reach with our 7.30-meter motorhome. It was a wonderful time here. A paradise for children; the playground and the seating area above are so beautifully designed. Everything is new and well maintained, and the hosts are so warm and kind. There are so many toys for the children; we even grilled marshmallows and searched for Easter eggs. Amazing place to stay. Where do we start!? The location is so peaceful, the owners are kind and thoughtful hosts. The facilities are new, modern and the cleanest we’ve found in Italy! If there were 6 stars we’d give it that. Thank you, we loved our stay. Be careful as Google Maps tries to get you to turn left one turn too soon.
