Quiet clean site, nighttime dog noise

Very good site right next to village , when I first arrived it was very quiet, then a local walking past was starring at me with his friend I said hello but no reply 10 minutes later I saw looking over from his garden and then his dogs were barking and never stopped all night I! We had been up to the village and had a meal drinks and shopping ? Doesn’t he understand we supporting the village
