65 Avenue de la Milady, 64200, Biarritz
Been here?
Beachfront motorhome area directly opposite Milady Beach, 3 km from Biarritz city center. €5 lifetime network access fee; water available, electricity and waste disposal onsite. Excellent location near beach and town but suffers from heavy road noise and flight path proximity. Books up fast. Reports of thefts; monitor valuables carefully.

At first we couldn't get on as it was rammed full with what looked like long term motorhomes and vans (no idea how they managed to overstay !!!), but we decided to wait as it was late in the day and we needed somewhere to bed down. then, we discovered 2 vans had been broken into by thieves so counted our lucky stars and headed off elsewhere.
Excellent location by the beach. There was water, although I am not sure the electricity worked, and there were rubbish bins. Booking is recommended, as it was full when we passed by again.
Gated parking area close to the beach. The facilities are basic, but the location is excellent—five minutes to the beach! The pitches are relatively level, with electricity, water, and wastewater disposal. The site can be booked through Camping-Car Park, so you can arrive in the evening and your place is already reserved :-) Camping-Car Park provides very good service! We would gladly return :-)
Extremely noisy motorhome area near the road and an air corridor. The water terminal needs some renovation. No shade, dirty, and a strong smell of urine. The only positive point is its location: the city centre is five minutes away by bike, and there is direct access to the beautiful Milady beach with a large children’s playground.
Great location near the beach and a 30 minute walk into town. Unfortunately for me the road noise was too loud, but it would not stop me coming back again. You can pre book with the Camping Car Park app, which is great, but obviously that is why it might show as full if you just turn up. The app does show how many spaces are available though.
Direct access to Milady beach and close to Biarritz, with a beautiful walk along the Côte des Basques beach. We do not usually have problems with road noise, but here it is terrible because we are right next to it. The service area is indescribable for a Camping-Car Park; we only emptied wastewater. The area is poorly maintained. It is worthwhile only for the location.
It is great to be able to book according to the progress of our journey. The cassette emptying is surprising, but it does the job.
Great walk into Biarritz along the clifftop - it gets booked up fast
Positives: close to the beach, 3 km from the centre, electricity, and wastewater disposal. Negatives: very noisy, with the nearby road and heavy traffic; unfortunately, there were also lots of flies for us. The app says the area is full, although only half the spaces are occupied. At least it exists for visiting Biarritz.
Area to avoid: the display showing the number of available spaces was broken. When we arrived at the barrier, we found that it was full, and it was then very difficult to turn around in the access lane, which leads onto a very busy roundabout.
To access this parking area, you need a subscription. In principle, I find it practical and easy to use: a rechargeable card that must be used to enter the parking area. Once the card was purchased at the kiosk next to the entrance, we scanned it, and the entrance terminal said the campsite was full. Impossible to enter.
Spacious, perfect services, perfect location!
Apart from the beach, I see nothing positive about this “Camping-Car Park area”! Avoid it! One star if I could have given zero!
To enter, you have to purchase a card, a kind of subscription to a network; we paid €25. Then, when we tried to validate the card, the other display on the right said the area was fully booked, so we could not enter. Terrible place. What a shame.
Close to the beach. Practically level ground. Large spaces. Close to a very busy road, but traffic slows at night and we slept normally. Entry follows the usual Camping-Car Park procedure, which works well. It was not full, which was positive.
€17.12 for 24 hours, cheaper than parking a car in the beach car park (€39 for 24 hours). Five minutes from Milady beach via a pedestrian path, and from a playground on the sand. Quiet night without any inconvenience.
There is not much choice in Biarritz. The spaces are very narrow, with lots of street noise and little privacy. €17.12 is expensive for what it offers. The wastewater dump is dirty and the drinking water is unprotected. Close to the beach.
Convenient for the beach, but extremely noisy; for the price, it is outrageous.
We fled the site this morning; it smelled terribly of sewage. It is directly under the flight path, beside a very busy road. The spaces are very tight, and fresh water comes from two taps marked WC or drinking water? We were not entirely sure either that toilet cassettes were not being rinsed from the tap. Better avoid this site.
If you like asphalt, noise (very busy road, planes, etc.) and being very close to your neighbors… this is a superb place!!! Fortunately, the beach is nearby…
A little far from the center and expensive if you are not staying overnight or using the services. We parked only during the day to visit the city, and because we stayed more than five hours we paid €17 plus €5 for network access, without using electricity or any other service. There should be an intermediate option; otherwise, it is better to look for parking, although that is difficult in high season.
Service area with all facilities, not far from the beach and center, but very noisy. A busy road is right next to it day and night, even off-season, which is very annoying for a Camping-Car Park site when you pay.
Poorly marked spaces. Pedestrians and cyclists pass through; it is a shortcut!
It was displayed as full even though there were free spaces, but they had been reserved online in advance. Remember to check the Camping-Car Park app to see how many spaces are available.
Ideal for visiting Biarritz. Unfortunately, despite being shown as full this weekend, eight spaces remained empty. Good for those who enjoy lots of free space, but annoying for everyone turned away.
Two stars for the location. Otherwise, we are cramped, there is no charm, and there is no way to empty the toilet cassette, so everyone does it in the same place as the gray water. We did not dare take water because the cleanliness left much to be desired. Unfortunately, there are not many other options for visiting Biarritz.
When we arrived, it was unfortunately full. If you want to sleep here, apparently you should reserve in advance via the Camping-Car-Park app; then entry is straightforward, provided spaces are available. We drove to the partner site, reserved beforehand, and everything was easy. Payment via the app.
Half of the site is currently closed off because of construction, but the missing spaces apparently are not taken into account in the booking systems. It is best not to reserve and to check before entering whether spaces are available.
Night of February 15, 2026. Service area under construction and partially closed. Very small spaces. Close to the beach. No shops or restaurants open nearby.
Good place to spend the night, safe, with all services, just a short walk from the beach. The woman at the entrance—I do not know her name—is excellent.
Noisy parking area, with the road right next to it. Not very attractive, but close to the ocean and town, so very convenient. All services work very well, but for the first time it is expensive (€50) because you have to take out a package and the annual card.
nice location, felt safe but looks very tired and could do with a clean up.
Excellent area, near Biarritz. We will return.
Great site, 100 m from dream beaches with breathtaking waves. Reservation recommended. Gray-water disposal, fresh water, 16A electricity, and many very clean toilet huts along the beach promenade. Only suitable for motorhomes up to 8 m. Great parks for walking the dog. Dogs are also allowed on the beach from October 1.
