6A Carretera Andalucía, 45780, Tembleque
Been here?
A public parking area beside Tembleque’s sports complex, with water, bins, shaded tables, and sports facilities. The Plaza Mayor is 500m away on foot, and recent overnight stays were quiet, with the motorway audible but not bothersome. The area can have local activity early in the evening, then becomes quiet. It is next to a connecting road, with the motorway 150m away.

We spent one night here and it was very peaceful. You could hear the motorway in the background, but it was not bothersome. There were also two other vans spending the night.
Nice place, with water, shade and seating areas. It was good for a rest, but not for spending the night for us. It is directly beside a connecting road, with the motorway 150 metres away. Otherwise, excellent.
Great location. There were still some local activities at the beginning of the evening, but later it became deserted. You can faintly hear the motorway in the background, but it did not bother us. There are small bins and a water tap, with good reception, but no other facilities.
You can spend the night here; very peaceful and safe. The place is clean. The motorway is nearby, but with the windows closed, the noise is bearable. Family-friendly neighbourhood.
Good parking with easy access for visiting Tembleque. The beautiful Plaza Mayor is a 500-metre walk away. Good menu of the day for €12 at Terra Galega restaurant.
Dirt parking area with water, next to a sports zone. Sufficient for a stopover. The village square is very pretty.
Quiet area; I do not remember clearly whether it was this one or a nearby one.
We stopped for lunch. There is a playground with football and basketball courts, and so on. There is also water from a fountain.
We stopped for lunch on the way. It is next to the motorway and very good. The two tables are shaded, and there are bins and a fountain.
Motorhome area located within a sports complex. Quiet at night despite the motorway next to it, but we were woken by the groundskeeper and his tractor from 8 a.m. A restaurant is nearby. Note that the pretty little village is worth visiting.
