A simple, level parking area beside a beautiful castle park, suitable for an autonomous overnight stay. Recent weekend stays were very quiet, while weekday mornings can bring traffic and noise from the neighbouring kindergarten. Bins are available in the park, water can be obtained at the cemetery, and there is no waste disposal. Shopping is available at Netto or NP.

We spent one night here from Saturday to Sunday. It was very quiet; we didn’t hear the road either. We highly recommend the place at weekends.
We have already stayed here for the second time. We spent a quiet night.
From 6 p.m. onward the parking area is no longer used, and it was quiet overnight. From 6 a.m. there is daycare activity, with one car after another and doors banging open and shut. The castle park is very beautiful, and the castle urgently needs renovation. There is no bin in this parking area. It backs onto greenery with abandoned barracks and construction debris. Otherwise, we slept well.
Great for anyone who is self-sufficient. We spent a pleasant night here from Friday to Saturday and enjoyed the castle park in the evening and morning. We don’t need anything more and are very grateful for the tip.
A very beautiful place with nothing, but with a lovely castle park to walk through and a small town to look around. You can park in the shade. There is a kindergarten here, and in the mornings doors slam when children are dropped off.
We also had a wonderful, quiet night. Almost no other cars at the weekend, and lovely birdsong in the morning. We took a long bike ride from here. The ground is very level. Netto and Edeka are easy to reach.
