7 Rue de l'Orphéon, 14600, La Rivière-Saint-Sauveur
Been here?
A small parking area near shops and a stream, offering a quiet daytime stop close to local amenities. Sleeping overnight is now prohibited, despite older reports of quiet nights and tolerated stays. The centre of Honfleur is about 3.5 km away, and the motorway can be heard from the area. Public toilets are available nearby, without a sink.

It is now forbidden to sleep in the parking area. We were woken by the mayor, who was very kind and explained that a sign would be put up.Translating
Quiet place by a stream. However, it is about 3.5 km from the center of Honfleur.Translating
Thank you for this very quiet place beside a small river. Very close to shops. I recommend the bakery on your left as you leave the parking area, with its delicious pastries—a wonderful discovery—and the kindness of the saleswomen. Do not hesitate to take a walk in the Bois du Breuil; it is an absolute must.Translating
We arrived around 7 p.m. and were the only motorhome travelers. Honfleur was full, but here there are ducks and it is fairly quiet; the road is quite far away.Translating
We only parked here during the day. If too many people stay here overnight or for several days, a height barrier will probably be installed soon.Translating
The motorhome parking area was full. We had a vehicle under 2.1 m, so we parked at the back of the car park, 100 m beyond the motorhome area, where the public toilets are located; there is no sink. You can hear the motorway, and you are in a car park.Translating
