Tossebergsklätten, 686 93, Stöpafors
Been here?
A viewpoint at the top of Tossebergsklätten with grand views over the surrounding landscape. The steep, winding asphalt road reaches a 20% gradient and is narrow, while only 3 level spots are available at the top. Picnic tables, grill places, toilets and a café open during the day are provided, although water has recently been turned off. The summit can be quiet, with a larger level area shortly before the top.

Fantastic place with a magnificent view!!! Nothing more is needed!! Self-sufficient camping is required.Translating
Great view, but be prepared, you might have to turn around since there are 3 level spots only. We were lucky to get one and had a great night. Translating
We spent the night here. Nothing going on. The toilets were open, but the water was turned off.Translating
Just before the summit there is a large level area. I parked there comfortably and had a great night without traffic.Translating
Incredible views over the Värmland landscape from the top of Tossebergsklätten. A paved serpentine road, closed in winter, winds up to the summit, where there is parking, tables, toilets, and a café open during the day. It felt safe to stay here, and above all it was incredibly beautiful. The whole family enjoyed spending a night up here with the rooftop tent, and we would gladly visit again!Translating
As described, there is a steep asphalt road to the top with a 20% gradient. We managed it well with our old VW T4 (5.5 m), as there have been worse ascents and descents in Austria, Switzerland, or Italy. The view is great and the café looks nice, although we did not try it.Translating
Great view. Nice and calm. Unfortunately the toilets were closed. Translating
Once you are at the top, you have a wonderful distant view. The café is really chic and inviting, with excellent toilets. The road is very steep, but our 85 hp van managed it without any problems; the descent was relaxed. The road is narrow, so drive carefully because of oncoming traffic.Translating
