Lakeside parking, no overnight stays

Large, flat car park that appears empty in the low season. However, we find it unsuitable for overnight stays because several campsites are visible nearby. There are plenty of places outside the village if you do not want to stay at a campsite.

During the day, you cannot find a space. It is full of cars. Parking is certainly possible with a van, but not with larger motorhomes. Parking costs 1,500 forints; entry to the beach costs another 2,000 forints per person. The parking machines accept coins only and do not take banknotes.

We spent here one night, no one disturbed us, the parking lot was empty. We just heard the noises of a beach party in the distance. No service, so it's a bit expensive, but you can find a place almost anytime. It's less crowded and much less mosquitos at night in summer than further down, closer to the beach.

Paid parking season Apr to Sep. Large campers can fit but some low hanging tree branches. Trashcans available on the opposite side of the road with large grassy field. Tisza-lake in 15m walking distance.
