Been here?
A flat, asphalted and generally quiet parking lot near the Meissen porcelain factory. It costs 5€ for 24h, and the factory is 5 minutes away on foot; the museum and old town are also easily reached. Trains may occasionally pass, while a neighbouring church can make a loud 10-minute sound at 7 o'clock.

We stayed here very quietly for two nights. Perfectly fine for free camping. We visited the Meissen Museum and the old town, both easily reachable on foot. The museum toilet is listed as a public toilet on the town map.
Inexpensive and quiet car park—ideal for one night. We visited the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory, but unfortunately not Meissen city centre.
We thank the city of Meissen for the opportunity to spend the night, of course combined with visiting this beautiful city and the museum. We campers keep things clean!
Large and quiet car park, €5 for 24 hours. Sometimes a train passes and bells ring in the morning, but the porcelain museum is only a five-minute walk away. Recommended.
Everything fine—just a large car park without shade. But it is great for visiting the Meissen Manufactory, five minutes on foot.
