Park4Night says 'a few meters from the sea'; that means about 300 meters as the crow flies. All beach access is currently closed. We are packing up again. Fortunately, we did not have to pay. If paradise exists on earth, it is here. The best place to stay in the Gargano. Vincenzo is the friendliest host; he welcomed us with a glass of wine and excellent products from his farm. The place was recommended by a friend who had spoken very highly of it. My middle name is Tommaso, so I wanted to see it for myself. I can say that describing the place in words is very limiting: a corner of paradise. Vincenzo, the owner, welcomed us and offered us local products with unique warmth. The sea at Chianca Masito is fabulous, with natural pools. FANTASTIC.

Bathrooms, showers, and sinks are in perfect order, if not better. The sea is about 1 km away. The same applies to grocery shops, restaurants, and other services—what a pity!
