Canyon parking, level parking difficult

This is a gravel parking area beside the road and canyon, with views and the sound of water below. The latest information indicates that it is not filled in and has space for 4 motorhomes, although some manoeuvring is needed to park level. The bridge is a short walk away, and the canyon entrance is about 10 minutes on foot.

The previous reviewer must have gone to the wrong place. Nothing has been filled in here. There are two piles of stones at the edge. Enough space for four motorhomes. However, you have to manoeuvre a little to get level. There are nicer places.
Most of the site has now been filled in, and it is really difficult to find a level pitch. We did not feel comfortable here at all and drove on.
We spent a wonderful quiet night here and walked the short distance to the bridge. We enjoyed seeing a turtle and fireflies. A large white dog came to visit us cautiously in the evening and morning and was extremely grateful for water and food.
Great spot. Close to the road but quiet because there is very little traffic in March. Ten minutes on foot to the access point for walks in the canyon, and five minutes on foot to the bridge.
Place by the side of the road, perfect to check the bridge and the nice views. Didn't slept here as there are much better options.
