A quiet hilltop nature area with a gravel car park beneath trees, picnic tables, a covered shelter with a very large table, a playground and a cable car. It is a starting point for marked hikes to a bird trail, Roman graves and St. Mary’s grotto. The area is busy with families during the day, while youths may stay until about 21:30; afterwards it is very quiet. A rubbish bin is available.

Very busy during the day with families; a few young people in the evening until about 9:30 p.m., then absolutely quiet. There is a bin, contrary to the description, and a covered shelter with a very large table. The trees in the car park are sweet chestnuts. We collected hundreds in October.
