Been here?
A quiet, paved motorhome area with flat pitches, grass beside each space, and bike paths leading to the beach in about 15–20 minutes. Water, waste disposal and electricity are included, but there are no sanitary facilities or access to the neighbouring campsite’s showers. The charge is 25 € in low season until the end of March, 30 € until 14 June, and 35 € in high season for 24 hours.

This parking area is emptying out, which is normal given the prices charged (€35) and the lack of any sanitary facilities! What a shame; I had been going there for years…
Attention: major price increase—€25 in the low season until the end of March, €30 until June 14, then €35 in high season, for water, disposal, and electricity, finally charged per night or 24 hours rather than 20 hours.
Expensive but a lovely site. It’s similar in cost to many places along the coast. You have to pay for 24hours now. 44hours for €33 is no longer available. It’s €30 for 24hours going up to €35 in high season. Electric is included . WC waste is confusing and it’s not easy to turn around and leave if you decide not to stay here. Entry via a QR code at the kiosk and you pay online.
Slightly expensive but I guess within the norm for the region. It is more a camper parking , paved with some grass next to each pitch. All services included though, which is great. Easy online access per 24h, top.
Nice and clean site at a good location. About 20 minutes to the beach. Restaurant and other shops nearby. Fully paved area with flat pitches. Check-in was very convenient with QR.
The QR code for entry is blocked. We tried several times and asked for help at the Kompas campsite reception, but they could not help us, even after calling an employee… There was exactly one camper on the site… that says enough…
Attention: change. Since April 1, it has no longer been possible to enter and pay at the terminal at the entrance to the camper parking area, probably until the end of the Easter holidays. So first go to the Kompas campsite reception to pay and obtain an access code. Rates for one motorhome and two people: €21 for 20 hours and €33 for 44 hours. The same applies if you extend your stay.
Quiet, clean, stable pitches.
Great place! The black-water disposal is a little unclear, but otherwise we enjoyed the peace and being close to the sea!
Great! Not expensive (€24 for five people with a van with a pop-up roof), large pitches, movable picnic tables, and a wooded area. The only drawback is that there is no access to the showers at the campsite next door.
Excellent camping area, with water filling, disposal, and electricity included. The pitches are spacious and surrounded by greenery. There is always space because it is almost impossible to find the road to get there…
Spacious, flat pitches. Electric is included and there is water at the entrance near the waste disposal and bins. Signs are not clear but WC waste is emptied into the metal hole in the ground NOT the drain with a piece of wood over, checked with the main campsite. Good location and reasonably priced for a quick stop. The campsites either side are noisy playing loud music til midnight.
A nice place in itself, but you can only book 20 rather than 24 hours. Anyone already there at 11 a.m. has to leave the site at 7 a.m. the following day. What a shame. It would be better to charge a few euros more for a full day.
Neat and tidy campsite. Restaurant food quality was excellent.
Nice place, but difficult to find. Please enter Strandjuttersdreef. From there you will reach the site immediately. Strandjuttersdreef 4, 8434 Lombardsijde
The place is OK, but very difficult to find because Google Maps always suggests a blocked road with a bollard. The beach is about 1.2 km away and easily reachable on foot. The dog beach is also right there.
A nice place within walking distance of the beach. Beautiful walking area. You do indeed pay for 20 or 44 hours, but you simply have to take that into account on arrival. We will definitely come back here! Dogs are welcome, which I miss in the services. Good to know. Today, November 17, we returned and paid only €16 for 20 hours.
Well-located place for excursions. Very quiet and well maintained. There is shade from trees during the day, making it pleasant for dogs too. Access to showers at the adjacent campsite is included.
Access from the N318 via Bleukenstraat. Do not follow Google Maps; it took us along the side of the campsite, where access was blocked by a fence. Access to a large beach, but swimming is prohibited. We did not like it very much. Beautiful surroundings, but you cannot swim.
Perfect, clean pitches. Two kilometers from the beach, with dogs allowed on leash; large beach. I recommend it for one night or more. €23 for 20 hours.
