Been here?
A gravel parking spot beside a hut and a seasonal lake, present only in winter, with beautiful mountain views. Nights are very peaceful, but hikers and visitors make the area busy from around 8.30, especially before evening. There are no amenities, although a spring provides clear drinking water. Access from Žabljak includes a very tight hairpin, difficult for long vehicles.

Small parking area next to the refuge, which was not open when we passed by this summer. There were two vans, and we spent a very peaceful night. Gravel ground and a lovely view of the lake, which exists only in winter.
Beautiful spot next to a lake with views of the mountains. Very peaceful, you can just hear the birds tweeting and the cuckoo. No amenities but has a spring with drinking water. Limited mobile reception. Hikers start arriving at 8.30 and it gets very busy
One of the most beautiful pitches in the entire Durmitor National Park. Absolute peace. In the morning a friendly park employee came by; we showed him our “Annual (5 Parks) card” and he did not even want the €3 overnight fee. Please keep the place clean and treat it with respect!
Beautiful place to spend a night. Lost in the mountains, there is no connection there so let your loved ones know in advance where you are ;) the spring there has amazing fresh water. We sent a beautiful night there watching shootingstars.
Very beautiful spot and absolutely quiet at night. I would recommend arriving after 5 p.m., as before then many people stop at the spot to fill up with water and take a break. A spring with clear drinking water is right next to it. We did not have to pay anything extra for the night, only the normal entrance fee to the park.
THERE IS CURRENTLY NO LAKE! For the rest, absolutely beautiful spot. Recommend walking to the waterfall (red-white signs). Prepare to walk through lots of overgrowth in the beginning a.o. nettles (or bring a machete :p), but worth it! Only downside, this is a much visited place, multiple tour groups came and a lot of people to fill water or take pictures. Also you need a ticket €5pp, €3 to camp.
Amazing views, quiet evening. Running water from the glacier available to top up bottles
