A quiet parking spot beside the lake, suitable for a short overnight stay. Anglers and a few children may arrive to fish early, although the location remains peaceful. Shops are 10 mins away on foot, and the car park accommodated a 7.5m motorhome, with another picnic area and car park farther along overlooking the river and marina.

Parked here and stayed overnight; we were the only van. A few children came by to fish. Lovely little spot, highly recommended for a short stay. Shops are only ten minutes up the road, and there is a nice walk along the road if you have dogs. We had two with us.

Nice spot by the lake. Car park large enough for my 7.5m motorhome. The car park had several anglers cars there when I arrived and they advised me to follow the road further along to another picnic area and carpark which overlooks the river and a marina. Slightly sloped but good enough for me and big enough to turn my motorhome around in.
