Pebble beach loch, narrow bridges

Lovely spot. Pebble beach to the waters edge. Swarms of midges ensure you are trapped in your campervan late evening and early morning, so go prepared.

Magnificent overnight spot. We arrived at 10 p.m. on a Tuesday evening; there was only one other caravan, and our car got onto the pebble beach perfectly. Wow view and very little car traffic at night, very quiet. However, there were lots of midges, so bring a good repellent :))

Absolutely perfect spot. We went in a van and the road is a little difficult to access, but every good spot has to be earned! However, there were cigarette butts on the ground when we arrived… not very cool for such a beautiful place.

My dream spot – right by the loch with private beach access. Super quiet: no cars 9pm-8am, just a few campers by day. You hear a distant waterfall, streams in the hills behind, loch views in front. Narrow access (7’8”=2.34m bridges) via single-track road, but I got here fine in 6m long/3m high VW Crafter. There’s a house nearby, likely a summer place, but out of sight and you’re no disturbance.

wow! Worth the tricky drive in a small van (we're 5.4m). Views tremendous. Mergansers, golden eagle fly over & seven red deer in garden of vacant house. Highly recommended.

Stayed in Scotland for 10 night and this place was by far the best! Incredible views, wonderful local wildlife, dear come to say hello, locals are few and far between, RESPECT, Clean up, leave no trace or wonders like this will be gone.. will be back for sure an absolute 10/10! Long to get too, about ten miles of main road and takes about 45 min

A true break in nature despite somewhat difficult access in a motorhome (experienced driver required). But the difficulty is worth it. We were alone in the world and even saw a deer. The ground is level and there is virtually no vehicle traffic. Breathtaking view!
