Fenced harbour area, clean facilities

We spent only one night at the camping area and were very satisfied. Entry by phone until 10 p.m.; sanitary facilities very clean, apart from the mess left by some people. Level pitches directly overlooking the harbor. We would be happy to return. K & F

Perfect for visiting Venlo. Everything is available, even good Wi-Fi. The motorway can be heard and seen, but it did not disturb us at night. Sanitary facilities are dated but always clean. Fine for €20, although I would prefer tiered pricing.

Excellent motorhome site for €20 per night. Electricity, service point, shower, and toilet. 4 km to the city via cycle paths. The two harbor masters are very friendly, and the area is monitored and fenced. eipi on tour

The service is acceptable, but if there is no space in front of the quay, the alternative does not even allow you to set up a table, which is a little confusing. Even after asking to change spaces, the answer was simply “NO”.

We arrived completely unprepared, but the harbor master welcomed and guided us very kindly. The pitch was right at the harbor with a view of many boats; electricity, shower, water, and Wi-Fi were all available. €20 per night is perfect for that.

The harbour site was beautiful and well maintained. But the restaurant was appealing bad. The table service was extremely poor which is not a reflection on the very pleasant young staff but on the owner. Never been treated so poorly.

Very good place with a lovely view of the harbor. €20 per night, everything included, is unbeatable. The motorway is clearly audible but definitely not loud. The harbor master is very pleasant. Sanitary facilities are not new, but spotlessly clean. We felt comfortable for the one night. The harbor restaurant is definitely worth a visit! Recommended overall.

Always lovely… price includes everything… yes, the motorway is nearby… so what… great view of the marina… a must for us once a year. Good for cycling to Venlo. It’s a shame that some reviews cannot be commented on; some are really off base and simply wrong.

Friendly welcome from the harbour master. Beautiful paved pitches overlooking the marina and the Maas! It is quiet, and the sanitary facilities are clean and perfectly fine! A lovely base for exploring the area.

Highly recommended. We stayed here overnight. €20 per night for a motorhome including electricity. The sanitary facilities are clean. You can eat delicious food in the restaurant. We would definitely come again. Best wishes.

Very well-maintained motorhome site in the harbour of Venlo, with electricity included in the fee. You have a view of the harbour. Sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. There is also a restaurant on the premises. Friendly staff. A minor drawback is that the motorway is nearby, but that does not warrant deducting points.

Ideal for exploring Venlo by bicycle or bus; we ate well in the bistro. During the day, the motorway is rather disturbing—perhaps the wind was blowing the wrong way—but at night it could no longer be heard.

Very beautiful, well-maintained motorhome site with a great view and a friendly harbour master. Clean sanitary facilities included. The motorway is some distance away and did not bother us. About a one-hour walk to Venlo, with a bus connection also available. We felt so comfortable that we stayed for two days. We would gladly return.

Complete disappointment—we paid before checking. View of, and noise from, the motorway. Depending on the height of neighbouring vehicles, there may be no view of the pleasure boats at all. Ultimately, it is just parking in the harbour car park. Dogs are prohibited in the harbour's green areas but allowed outside. Venlo is 6 km by bicycle, or 45 minutes by bus and on foot. Clean sanitary facilities. Thanks for the €20 price.

Very good option for visiting the city of Venlo! By bicycle, you can reach the city in about 20 minutes. The sanitary area is very tidy; we did not try the restaurant! We would gladly come again!

Sign: closed. Apparently closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Today was Sunday. The yard was full of motorhomes. Thanks for nothing.

We spent one night here. The harbour master is nice and can be reached by phone on Sundays. The site is relatively quiet and the sanitary facilities are perfectly adequate. We were satisfied.

Good park-up at the marina; the harbour master opens the gate for access, so it feels safe at night. Toilets and showers are clean. €1 coins are needed for electricity.

Beautiful, quiet motorhome site, very clean sanitary buildings, friendly harbour master. Somewhat remote; the nearest supermarket is about 4 km away. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The satnav and the signposting took us directly to the marina. The facilities were clean and well lit. The restaurant was closed and no shops nearby so important to have food on board. The harbour master was very friendly too. The pitches are tight to park but with lots of manoeuvres we managed to park. Good views of the marina and the Maine river. well lit at night and secure. Would def recommend

Great site for visiting Venlo. You can quickly reach the city by bicycle. Of course, it is not a grass pitch, but that should be clear. Anyone sensitive to traffic noise should bring ear protection, or check Google Maps beforehand to see where the site is and perhaps look for alternatives away from civilisation. We did not find it disturbing and thought the site was excellent for a city visit.

Spaces at a small marina. €20 (from harbour master) for the night inc ehu, fresh, grey & black water disposal. Inc great showers & toilets. 15 minute cycle in to town. Adjacent to restaurant. A low drone of traffic, but nothing excessive. Very quiet overnight. Nice views.

More than adequate for a few nights, with a beautiful view of the marina. The price of €20 including sanitary facilities and shower is absolutely excellent. Since the site was actually full, we were given an emergency pitch next to the sanitary facilities. Six of us stood there until evening, which meant leaving the next day was only possible when the motorhome in front drove away.
