Riverside clearing, mosquitoes nearby

Currently still a quiet place, but a railway line is under construction. The sound of the stream was particularly overpowering at this water level. And in September there are a great many flies!! We therefore left. It may be better here in other months. There are no shaded spots.

Very peaceful, beside the river, though it is difficult to access and swim in. Pleasant spot, reached via a very comfortable dirt track.

The water is accessible down below, where you can swim. During the night, a fox? came and stole our shoes and the dog’s blanket! Same thing happened to the neighbours! Haha. Very little phone reception, but peaceful and pleasant!

Great place, very accessible, away from traffic, lulled by the sound of birds and water.

Super-quiet night and wonderful setting! The only drawback was that the lake water was very low, so swimming was not great. The water is very green.

Beautiful place, we swam in the late afternoon. But we could not stay that evening in late July during hot weather: thousands of mosquitoes and gnats, though the gnats were not a problem, attacked us. Fleeing was the only option despite the spray.

Perfect little spot in nature beside the river. Quiet, with only birds and the sound of frogs. Located on a path that follows the river.

A great place for a quiet night. Directly on the water, sheltered, with a fantastic view and plenty of peace and quiet. Highly recommended if you are looking for tranquillity. No mosquitoes at this time of year.
