A flat gravel parking lot at Gargzdu piliakalnis, a historical lookout point, suitable for one night. The nearby road is busy and the area can be noisy, with bright lamps and potholes. Toilets are available and were described as acceptably clean. Access may be impossible during roadworks, and black-water disposal is uncertain.

Access is not possible because of roadworks. I am not sure whether there is a black-water disposal point.
Ok option for one night if it's getting late and you don't know where to park. We did not sleep very well there because of the noise. Very busy street nearby, the parking lot is covered with potholes, but it is flat. The lamps are also very bright. Toilets are ok, not super clean but not gross either.
