Quiet beach parking, poorly maintained

Not worth €25. There is no grey-water disposal. The dishwashing sinks drain onto your feet, and the area is not well maintained, with objects and debris scattered around. It is essentially an open parking lot. On the plus side, it is quiet and the owner is available—almost too available—to arrange rides to Formia and the island ferry. The walk to the Roman harbour is pleasant, with a beautiful route partly through the woods.

Friendly and cordial welcome; the staff go out of their way to satisfy guests. Great potential for further improvement, such as adding another bathroom and shower. Recommended.

Very kind operators. We had to make an emergency stop here because all campsites and motorhome areas south of here were closed. Unfortunately, there are no motorhome water or disposal facilities. We stayed only one night, which was fine; everything was clean and quiet.

Very nice operators! Unfortunately too expensive for what is offered: no drinking water, toilet, or shower. Electricity available. At weekends there are many cars between the motorhomes, as it is a parking area. Free beach three minutes' walk away. Recommended for a day at the beach.

Good reception and very nice people. Today, one van and three people cost €35 including electricity, water, black-water disposal, and toilet. The beach is a five-minute walk away but the city is far. Plenty of spaces. Pizza on site costs €10 each. Good for one or two nights.

We slept there for one night. Expensive for the services offered: no bathrooms, showers, dishwashing sinks, or laundry facilities. Close to the beach but far from the centre of Formia. Friendly owners. Not worth €45.

Very pleasant place in a good location. It is very close to the beach. The local operators are very friendly and offer help with anything. They brought us croissants for breakfast in the morning! There are no toilets. That is the only drawback; otherwise, excellent!

It is a meadow used as parking for motorhomes and cars, as the sign says. €25 in winter, not directly by the sea, no bathrooms or showers, and no grey-water disposal except by using a bucket. Not acceptable; an excessive price for a parking area.

Large space for many motorhomes, 200 metres from the sea. Electricity and water. The friendliness and helpfulness of Loredana and her staff make it a special place to which we will gladly return. Loredana also organises visits to discover the area's beauty. Open all winter.

It was supposed to be a brief stop during our tour, but Lory and her staff's kindness, hospitality, and helpfulness made it very difficult to leave. We felt like family, being spoiled with croissants morning and evening and anything else we needed. They were extremely helpful in taking us to Gaeta, Sperlonga, and other magnificent places. Terrible!!! €35 for electricity and water in/out only. Not even toilets! We paid the same at Torre Lapillo and also had hot showers, sinks for washing dishes and laundry, and toilets!!!

100 meters from the sea. In high season, with crazy car parkers, getting through is extremely tight, but the place and the lady are fantastic. I’ll definitely return!

Friendly welcome, about 100 m from the sea, clean and well-maintained site. Water, wastewater and toilet disposal station available. Croissants by order, shopping service possible, and excursions are also organized. We were three people with a motorhome for one night at €25, including a welcome espresso. One star deducted because the electricity did not work properly for us.

Simple, clean, quiet place surrounded by greenery. Water, electricity and toilet disposal. The owner Loredana spoils her guests by bringing freshly baked pizzas, tiella and croissants. She organizes trips in the surrounding area, often accompanying her guests herself, like an old friend—friendly and full of enthusiasm. Thank you, Loredana, for making us feel at home!

Right now, in February, the site is not clean. Bags and mattresses are lying around. For €25 I expect more cleanliness, even in winter and even in Italy. The disposal stations are very amateurishly built. It is not really maintained here. The owner is very nice and came over immediately, but he also knows there are not many pitches here. Three stars for the location.

Good place, with a great welcome from Loredana. She is the ultimate organizer and knows everything! We took a trip to Gaeta to see the unique Christmas lights in November/December. Rome is about one hour away by train.
