A large roadside lay-by with space for overnight sleeping, though it currently has no available parking because it is full of travellers’ caravans. Earlier stays found a slight slope, some traffic noise and generally safe parking. A burger van and The Talbot pub are nearby.

stayed here so often the burger van man knows my name! good place for trucks and vans for an overnight sleep. large area, slight slope. not too quiet, but good safe parking.
a lovely quiet night spent in this lay by on an Easter weekend
A nice quiet night - did not notice traffic noise. Probably best not on park side nearest road / by trees except over weekend as this is where snack wagon would park weekdays. This is right by a pub (The Talbot) and about 6 minutes drive from Brockhampton Estate (National Trust)
Perfectly ok for a night. Bit of traffic noise but lay-by is well off the road. A couple of lorries parked there too. The burger van Berts was open from 7am and he helped me change my gas bottle. His bacon bap is excellent.
