This shaded picnic area has a table, a nearby stream, and a path providing visual separation from the road. Bakeries, pizzerias, a bar, and a butcher are nearby. It is pleasant for a break, but traffic on the road can be noisy.

Pleasant place to stop for a picnic. Shaded, though of course you can hear the traffic on the road. Perhaps one of the only places to stay cool between Annonay and Saint-Étienne.
We spent one night there. Very nice place beside the river. It is right next to the road, so it is fairly noisy.
Very good for a snack break, but nothing more. Very busy road.
