It is a very beautiful place surrounded by nature and trees. There is a covered picnic area, but it was occupied. We stayed on the open area and it was great. There is a museum next door, and a man who lived in the valley opened it for us and explained the history of the place. Everything was wonderful.Translating

The place is convenient and flat, with a stream, a view, and even a table and firewood with kindling already prepared. However, we preferred to continue—the atmosphere was gloomy and something felt wrong in the air. 9.5 km farther on, after climbing the mountain via a winding road (no problem for vans), we reached Cime di Rest, a truly idyllic place where we had dinner and spent the night in the refuge parking area.Translating
