Been here?
A small natural spot at the end of a track with beautiful views of the lake, surrounded by countryside and farm animals. Cows, horses, pigs, sheep, donkeys, and other animals may pass through, while the nearby SP 48 can bring occasional traffic noise. The area is peaceful and good for walking or cycling, but litter and animal waste are present and should not be left or disturbed.

Right in nature with a beautiful view of the lake. Many animals pass by: cows, pigs, horses, donkeys, sheep, and occasionally cars on the nearby road. We really liked it here.
For me, the most beautiful place in Sardinia. ✨ It is a shame that so much rubbish is repeatedly left behind.
I spent two peaceful nights at the site. During the day, horses, cows, pigs, sheep, and rabbits came by; the herders kindly greeted us, and it was absolutely idyllic. The internet was also very good. Please leave the animals alone and do not leave any rubbish behind. Unfortunately, I first had to clean the site of wet wipes.
Views: 6 out of 5, but the busy SP 48 is only a few metres away. The numerous animal neighbours already described, and their generously distributed droppings, should not bother you if you want to enjoy the site. Because of the cars and cowbells, we did not have a completely peaceful night. Overall, still beautiful. Rother Tour no. 26 starts nearby.
Beautiful location in nature. It seems to be a viewing point for farmers to check the herd so you will get a visit, but they will only wave and smile. Forest patrol also drive in the area but no problem. Nice start to hike/cycle to Monte Santu Juvanne. You might get woken up by animals but that’s the charm of the place. Was very clean when we visited!
Toilet paper everywhere at this spot, totally disgusting. How can you expect to be welcomed by the locals if you don’t respect them and the environment? Otherwise, the spot is really peaceful and offers stunning views, but we decided to move on.
We spent one night here after our hike. Fine place, with a view of the water in the distance. You can walk there, and there are many wild horses. Quite close to the road, but very quiet in the evening and at night. In the morning, pigs, cows, and horses came to visit :-)
A place that breathes nature and tranquillity. The Sardinian shepherds are extremely kind, and it is only right to repay them by respecting their environment. Thank you for the welcome.
Beautiful place, lovely sunset. Wake up to cows and sheep bells. The road alongside is quiet and mainly used by farmers checking their herds. Keep it clean! We filled a rubbish bag with toilet paper and plastic and cleared it up.
A wonderful place for the night. A few days ago we stood there, sheltered from the wind, with two other campers. In the morning we woke up among cows and sheep. At some point the farmer drove the cows away and greeted us kindly.
Brilliant! Animal visitors included: cows, donkeys, horses, pigs, and a dog :-)
Nothing but nature. Woke up surrounded by cowbells. Heavenly.
