Been here?
A simple asphalt parking area near Faakersee, suitable for one quiet overnight stop, with three flat spaces at the back. Most of the area slopes sideways, while the nearby road can be busy but usually quietens at night. Municipal trucks and vans may arrive early to collect wood. The site is close to walking routes and has limited space for larger campers.

Okay for one night; three level spaces at the back of the parking area. Otherwise, spaces on the side are slightly sloped. The road is indeed busy, but it quiets down at night, and in the morning trucks come to collect wood.
Absolutely rejected, utterly desolate.
Stay here if you don’t mind occasional noise from the very close road. Great place for the night. Would come again.
We spent a lovely and quiet night here and would come again.
Plenty of parking space, asphalt surface, sloped sideways. Twenty minutes from the Villach Alpine Road, from where there are beautiful sunsets.
Nice, silent place for one night.
Small parking area next to a busy road, a hiking trailhead, and a municipal operations/storage area. When we visited with a van on October 19, we had no problems, but trucks and municipal vans were moving around the area from early morning.
Parking on a junction ..tight for campers! About 100m up is a cycle stop with a bench, seats and rubbish bins. Room for one large camper, or two mid size ones
It was a good place for a stopover. We wanted to refill our gas bottle at Campinghändler Falle in Villach. You park parallel to the road. Almost everywhere is slightly sloped, except directly under the trees.
Great for one night. You have to be okay with it being a little uneven. Cars kept passing, but it did not bother me. There is also a table with a bench. Starting point for hikes and walks :) Very straightforward.
Okay as an emergency spot, but nothing more. The place is directly beside a heavily trafficked road. From 6 a.m. onward, there is motorway-like traffic. You park at the edge of the dirt track and are therefore sloped. We would not recommend the place. However, we did not feel unsafe.
you can stay here without any problems, it’s quiet and there’s shadow. There were multiple campers during our stay. No worries about leaving early, there’s lots of people parking there in the morning so you don’t stand out
