44e Strada della Marina, 70126, Bari
Been here?
Roadside parking just 2 meters from the sea, offering a pleasant coastal view and the sound of waves. The road can be noisy, although one recent report found it lightly used and quieter than the sea. The area is often dirty, and a nearby fish market has disturbed overnight stays. A streetlamp provides some illumination.

Beautiful, close to the sea, but dirty.
Thank you, it is a good place to park overnight. It is somewhat lit by a streetlamp opposite, but not too brightly. The sound of the waves is louder than the cars on the lightly traveled road. I arrived at night; tomorrow I will see this beautiful place by the sea.
We stayed one night, but we were right next to the fish market and were woken by the fishmonger, so we moved to the parking area, which was dirty and had some traffic. Still pleasant to be so close to the beach; once you overlook the usual dirtiness of the Italian coasts, it is incredibly beautiful!
We did not stay overnight. In high season there are many people at night. It does not feel safe. You can swim, but it is quite dirty.
Stayed there for the night, lovely breeze (fairly strong but it’s nice) from 11pm-2am there were cars parked by us and we are pretty sure they were doggers, not sure if it happens often.
Trash bins and toilets available. A little farther on there is a fountain. Good views. Somewhat noisy. We spent the night without problems.
Great spot, with opportunities for fishing, swimming, and sunbathing. There is a property right nearby where celebrations are often held, but it is not disruptive. A beautiful small town called Polignano a Mare is just a few minutes’ walk away. Trash bins available.
