Residential area; I felt safe.
Very quiet place for one night. Dead-end street in a residential area. A few teenagers were there in the evening, but they soon left. The police drove past us twice to turn around and never said anything. It is somewhat dirty and there were many shards of glass, but otherwise excellent.
Good parking and quiet.
I tried it for one night and it was genuinely very quiet.
