A quiet rural farm campsite near Hadrian’s Wall with a large field, countryside views and simple facilities. Showers, toilets, a chemical dump, washing facilities and laundry are available, though the sanitary facilities are basic and need updating. Some pitches are uneven or can become soggy, and EHU areas may require chocks. Prices are £10 per night for adults aged 17+, £7 for teenagers aged 13–16, £3 for children aged 5–12, and free for children under 5 and dogs.

Certainly a little rustic but clean. It feels like being at home. The facilities lack nothing. For the price, it is a delight.
Sanitary facilities in need of renovation, but otherwise a lovely site.
Great campsite, very low key, lovely walks in the countryside and on Hadrain’s Wall. Owners are very accommodating and generous. Lots of animals and cats to befriend. Facilities a little basic and could do with updating.

really friendly welcome. great views. large field. flat at the bottom but wouldn't be great to get out of if it has been raining. EHU on right of field. Will need chocks. bathroom and showers in working order but in need of updating. washroom with tumble dryer and washing machine for an extra charge next to bathroom. could hear heavy machinery working all night. we think it was a local quarry?
Lovely spot in the middle of nowhere. Adequate facilities and very quiet - had one field to myself midweek.
Smack dab in the middle of Hadrians Wall central. Amazing views, friendly welcome. More than enough space for lots of tents and vehicles. No need to call in advance, you can just show up. Field uneven and soggy, EHU only at the start of the field, facilities outdated and not the cleanest.
