Been here?
A small, beautifully situated spot beside the water and a single-lane access road to the castle, with several parking places for campers. The road is usually quiet but can have occasional heavy farm traffic, and spaces may be busy with other campers. Highland midges can be numerous, especially around dusk.

Beautiful spot, in nature, road is not too busy but there is some occasional heavy farm traffic. Just about every parking place is in use by other campers on a Monday evening, for good reason!
Very beautiful spot by the water.Translating
Very beautiful place right by the water. Perfect for taking the ferry to Islay or Arran the next morning. Midges may be a problem. There were many of them when we visited.Translating
