It's a disgrace: not a single parking area is full. Better still, they are all empty except the first one, but we motorhome users are 750 meters from the entrance. Parking area No. 14 is in full sun, not level, and has no toilets. Don't forget that we also gave you €100.Translating
Quiet on grass with a view of the dome, peaceful night. The only drawback is that the north zoo entrance is closed. Less busy than the south entrance area. No services, just bins, which is normal since this is the zoo parking area.Translating
Quiet parking area near the zoo's north entrance. Convenient, except that the entrance is closed, so it is an 800-meter walk to the south entrance. Not too bad going there, but the uphill walk back after a day at the zoo is tiring! The south entrance parking area is overcrowded. Bins and toilets are not too far away.Translating
Very good and very quiet area, 500 meters from the south entrance. The south parking area is too crowded.Translating
Parking P14. Attention: if the north entrance to Beauval is closed, you will have to go all the way around the park to enter through the main entrance. We would have liked to know this and would have parked at P2. Otherwise, a large, quiet parking area.Translating
Quiet parking area, two minutes' walk from the park's north entrance, with bins in several places and a view of the dome.Translating
A very quiet and dark night. This is a designated car park for campervans next to the zoo. Plenty of space with a bin at the end of every row. Perfect 4g. No other services but very good for 1 night.
Parking P14 is great for camping with a rooftop tent. Not many motorhomes in the parking area, with bins nearby. Perfect for one or more nights for visiting the zoo. Five minutes' walk from the park's north entrance. The only drawback is the lack of shade.Translating
Simple parking area not far from the entrance on foot. Good for spending the night.Translating
There are only four of us here tonight in the Dome parking area; down at the south entrance everyone is packed together.Translating
Attention: when leaving P14, there is a no-entry sign saying “except agricultural operations and residents” on the small road that used to lead to the D90 (Orbigny road). You must use the D675 instead. Very quiet, spacious parking area without services, but far from the main entrance (south) when the nearest entrance (north) is closed. Allow a good 20-minute walk.Translating
Closed today. You have to go to the one further up.Translating
One kilometer on foot from the south entrance because the north one is closed. A quiet parking area, half gravel and half grass. Very, very quiet.Translating
Very good place with plenty of spaces, five minutes' walk from the north entrance. P14 is ideal for spending one or even two quiet nights before or after a day at the park. There are no services, but it is already great that the park provides this parking area free of charge 24/7.Translating
We only spent the days here; it was not crowded in August, so it was quite pleasant. However, there is no shade at all, which is worth considering if you have dogs. Great zoo! However, the prices inside the park are exorbitant (drinks, ice cream, etc.).Translating
Well arranged, even though there is no shade. A service area or electricity would have been a good idea. We had a good night's sleep and could even hear some of the animals. Thank you to the zoo!Translating
Free parking for visiting Beauval Zoo. Clean and convenient. Make the most of it, because once you enter the park, the prices are exorbitant. For example, a 50-cl beer costs €10.Translating
Nice parking area, just 500 meters from the zoo. We spent one night here before visiting the zoo. A quiet night; we even heard the wolves during the night.Translating
Spent one night here, very quiet. Perfect for visiting the zoo. No electricity hookup or water.Translating
Very large parking area, ideal for visiting the zoo.Translating
Motorhome parking near the entrance. Extremely quiet at this time of year. Bins available. We took advantage of it for two days of sightseeing. Thank you to the zoo.Translating
Great before and after visiting the zoo! Ten to fifteen minutes' walk from the south entrance; it is uphill on the way back, so it takes a little longer. Very good for families with children and dogs, as the end of the parking area borders fields and vineyards where children can run and play. Thank you, zoo!
October 7, 2023: great for visiting the zoo. It is one kilometer on foot, spacious, free, and quiet, with the sounds of wolves early in the morning and bears or lions. The children were happy. We stayed two nights.
Thank you to the zoo for this very practical and free parking area! It is large, allowing plenty of space between vehicles, and very peaceful in the countryside, with a beautiful view. As others have said, at night you can hear all kinds of animals calling from the zoo, which is fantastic without being too loud to sleep. Very convenient for staying overnight and being there early in the morning. The zoo is truly excellent.
Ideal for visiting the zoo after arriving the day before. You can be at the north entrance from opening time at 8 a.m. There are a few motorhomes, but they are well spaced out, allowing you to relax in the evening. Bins nearby. The downside is full sun, but it is free, so that is already good.
