A small, basic roadside parking area suitable for one night, with a walk starting beside it and a forest below. Recent visitors stayed without problems, and the road is usually quiet at night, though morning traffic can be noticeable. The lake is about twenty minutes away on foot. A recent incident involved 4-5 gunshots beside a van at 02:30, reported as an apparent attempt to scare campers away.

Good place; we spent one night without any problems. In the morning, a few cars parked there, but it was not an issue.
Very good spot for sleeping, twenty minutes on foot from the lake. There is also a sparse forest below. Perhaps a little noisy in the morning.
We woke up at 02:30 at night due to 4-5 gunshots right next to our van. We called 112, and we were not the first to report it tonight! It seems some young people try to scare campers away. For now it might have been the worst "joke" I encountered in my life, but maybe next time bad things can happen! Btw: in Bolzano our van was broken into. My advice: avoid all of the Bolzano area I guess...

It works for one night with a large 6.5-meter motorhome, but it is very noisy at night, with many cars driving quite fast.
Very quiet during the night, only few cars passing by. There a te no signals. Beautiful wood on one side. We wanted to stop there for working during the day but there is poor internet connection
Ideal for one night. The road was not very busy at night. The Montiggler Lakes are reachable on foot.
