Been here?
This mainly sunny parking area beside a festival meadow, schools and a football field is within walking distance of the centre and old town. Parking is free, with electricity available for 4€; the spaces are narrow and short, although some can accommodate longer motorhomes. It is quiet between 23.00 Uhr and 5.30 Uhr, but the sports facilities and nearby schools can bring daytime activity. A bakery and petrol station are 5 minutes away on foot.

Located in a parking area directly next to the schools and sports field. Very quiet between 11 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Unfortunately, the spaces are very narrow and short. From 6 m in length onward, you need luck to park as intended. In addition, cars park inconsiderately and very tightly, leaving hardly any room to maneuver. Well-intentioned by the municipality but poorly executed.Translating
A nice initiative by the town for visitors. By bicycle, the worthwhile old town is only a few minutes away, and it is also easy to walk. Some pitches have been extended up to the adjacent hedge (see photos); most of the others can also accommodate longer motorhomes. At 7 m, I had no problem at all. No place to sit outside? The park is one meter away!Translating
Parked only during the day. A 7.5-meter motorhome fits exactly.Translating
Conveniently located small parking area. Schillerhöhe Park and the old town (be sure to explore the beautiful Holdergasse streets) are within walking distance. Many students, but quiet at night. The spot is perfectly fine for one night.Translating
Good for one night, free. Electricity is charged, but €4 for 2 kW lasted a very short time.Translating
Great for one night! Five pitches, including two for vehicles up to 7 m. Bakery and petrol station five minutes away on foot. Only electricity costs extra; otherwise it is free.Translating
Unfortunately not suitable for larger motorhomes; camper vans at most.Translating
Simple site right in town but close to the motorway. There was still space available late in the evening. Electricity worked without problems. It was clean and quiet for the night!Translating
It is not a motorhome area but a narrow, dead-end street with three spaces, where a 6-meter camper struggles to fit. Awful. I did not stop.Translating
Just a free but peaceful parking space.Translating
Absolutely brilliant place for one night on the journey home. You only pay for electricity if you need it (€4); the night itself is free! It is next to a sports field that is also used. If that does not bother you, this is exactly the right place! Many thanks to the town! Small update: the electricity is currently not working…Translating
It is a parking area at a sports and recreational facility that is actively used. Those seeking absolute peace should go elsewhere. The Klause restaurant, with a terrace, friendly service, and excellent food, is a two-minute walk away. The old town is about ten minutes away on foot. The pitches are slightly sloped, and electricity connections are available. Waste disposal is at the second parking space by the sewage treatment plant.Translating
We arrived at 1 p.m. and there was still one space available. However, the spaces are the width of car parking spaces. We managed to squeeze in, but were already afraid of touching the neighboring motorhome when getting out. It was ultimately far too tight for us, so after visiting the town we drove on. For a short overnight stay, it is fine.Translating
A parking spot; if you want more, go to a campsite. Seven meters is fine, with electricity. We think it is okay.Translating
