Unnamed Road, PH26
Been here?
A woodland roadside spot with one flat pitch and additional spaces requiring levelling blocks, plus walks through the surrounding forest. Recent conditions include dog walkers, fast traffic and boy racers at night, with repeated car horns around 7:00–8:00am. It is not advised in high winds because of shallow-rooted pine trees, and there are no nearby amenities.

One flat pitch, rest need levelling blocks. Lots of dog walkers, unfortunately boy racers and cars travelling fast along this road at night. Some locals clearly not so happy we're there and numerous tooting horns 7-8am in morning. Not advised in high winds due to shallow rooted pines. Nice walk in woods (watch for dog poop though) and little light pollution. :) Some fly tipping from locals :(
Lovely overnight stay here. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed a gorgeous woodland walk in the morning.Translating
Very quiet. No amenities nearby. Very quiet with a walk amongst the woods. Ok phone signal. Lovely quiet evening. Would use again.
Very quiet in the woods, with a great night's sleep.Translating
Great place to park. We parked on a flat section and were alone here. Nice to take a walk in the forest. After 9 p.m., hardly any cars pass. You are right beside the road, but we were barely bothered by it. A friendly farmer waved at us. There were more mosquitoes in the evening. Please take your rubbish with you!Translating
Secluded, woodland overnight stop. Very few passing cars, lightly sloping. No evidence of commercial logging problems at present.
This has now been repurposed for logging operations and is just a muddy track, with nowhere to stay.Translating
