The site is great for visiting Vianden. Everything is available and clean. The only drawback is the price if you stay just one night. Due to the €8.50 administration fee, we paid €42 for one night for a motorhome, two adults and a dog. At least the shower is included.

Clean and orderly site, spacious pitches, very good sanitary facilities at the barrier. The showers deserve special mention. Night-time noise was acceptable. Two people with a camper: €38.50 per night without electricity. The price is €8.50 too expensive because of the dubious administration fee; €30 would be reasonable.

ironically, I went to this site by mistake, meaning to go next door, who seem to have the better reviews. however, I was very happy with my stay here, staff were friendly and helpful and the site had everything that I wanted or needed. I would return

We had not booked a place at the camper site in town and everything was occupied. Therefore we chose this campsite, and they found an available place for us. It is nice and clean here and wonderfully close to the town and castle.

Nice campsite by the water, spacious pitch and clean sanitary facilities. Friendly Dutch-speaking reception; electricity is paid according to consumption. Bread is available at the petrol station(s) near the campsite. We had to pay €39.90 for one night for two people, without a dog, although dogs are allowed. We found the €8.50 administration fee strange and excessive.

Never any trouble there, top campsite. Friendly people. A quiet area and campsite.

Noisy because of the traffic driving and speeding past. Smell from the petrol station next door. The showers are new but very dirty, with hair everywhere and caked-on grime. Poor Wi-Fi. And then €37.60 for one night with one camper, one person and one dog. My advice: do not go there.

We were very satisfied too. You can take beautiful bike rides up to and along the reservoir, or to the storage basin above it.

Well-located basic campsite in Vianden. Good, renovated sanitary facilities, with no extra charge for the shower and no extra charge for the good Wi-Fi throughout the site. Two nights for two people on a standard pitch costs €66.50, and a waterside pitch costs €72.50 for two nights and two people. It is also very convenient that electricity is paid for according to what you consume. Often there is a fixed amount, but not here.

very expensive! children play field is outdated and overgrown. payed 40e for a bad spot without electricity. next to this camping is a much better camping. In the night a group of teenagers were dealing drugs. we planned to stay several nights but we left after 1 night.

We have been here several times; the site is in a beautiful location and the facilities are okay. The sanitary area is currently being renovated. Unfortunately, you fall into a cost trap here. Motorhome, waterside pitch €12, two adults at €8 each, dog €3.50, environmental fee €2, tourist tax €2. On top of that there is an €8.50 administration fee that nobody expects. So we paid €44.50 without electricity to use a piece of marshy grass, which is completely excessive. Unfortunately, we probably will not return.

Nice large pitches by the river, otherwise everything is available. Unfortunately, not very dog-friendly. Many prohibition signs for dogs; long-term campers watch to see whether a dog relieves itself on the campsite, which led to several discussions. Finally, the site manager spoke to me when we left, saying he had heard that I had problems with the site rules. Sorry, that is not acceptable. Never again.

The campsite is reasonable. You can hear the cars driving and speeding past. The toilet without toilet paper was reasonable. The shower did not work for us. We were staying by the water.

Reception closed at lunchtime; French spoken. Very clean sanitary facilities, although without paper or soap; hot water freely available. Excellent black-water disposal point, very practical and clean. Pleasantly located at the town entrance beside the river, with a prepared promenade leading to the town center, 15–20 minutes. Paid €26 for one motorhome and two adults.

Tried booking via website, also tried booking via email- both no response. Arrived at campsite at 5.45pm, reception was empty & nobody answered the bell. We waited for 10 minutes & decided to leave & booked into the campsite next door with no problems at all.

I regretted not checking the app before going to this campsite. It is pretty and clean but much more expensive than the motorhome areas. I paid €59.20 for two nights for two people in September, compared with €17 for the areas. In addition, I was near the noisy road.

Nice place but when you read Park4Night and website there is a washing machine (and that is why you came to this camp instead of the other 2 less expensive camps in town). After you look for this machine the reception conveniently say it's kaput and they don't know when it will be fixed/replaced. Maybe a sign at reception would be a possibility before entering.

We stayed at the site with friends for a weekend. The operator is very friendly. We had a very large pitch by the stream and another one in the second row. Electricity and fresh water are available everywhere. The nearby petrol station has a large shop and Vianden is within walking distance. Road and petrol-station noise was acceptable. We liked it and would be happy to return.
